Before beginning your online application for your Low Cost Mortgage, please ensure that you have digital copies of the required documents to be uploaded with your application:

Required documents:

  • Valid form of Identification (ID card, Passport or Driver’s licence)

  • A current job letter and two recent payslips

  • Proof of address (issued within the last 8 months)

  • TIN Certificate

Additional documents (optional):

  • The Agreement of Sale or a Letter of Intent from the vendor or

  • A copy of the Title Document which will be either a Transport, Lease or Certificate of Title.

  • An updated valuation report for the property from an approved valuator.

  • Copies of up-to-date rates and taxes and GWI receipts, lease receipts where applicable.

      For the duration of Republic Bank’s 2022 Low Cost Mortgage Campaign, you can access 95-100% financing up to $15,000,000: with the minimum period of repayment for loans being 20 years and the maximum period of repayment is 30 years. The interest rate ranges from as low as 4% to 5.95% and varies based on the loan amount.
       
      For reference, a $6.5M loan repayable over a 20-year period, the monthly mortgage instalment would be just below $40,000: while a $15M loan repayable over a 30-year period, the monthly mortgage instalment would be $89,450.
