Kern and Alana’s wedding story started in college with them as a pair of wide-eyed kids staring at each other across campus. Fast-forward a few years and before you knew it, they were an inseparable couple. For the duration of Republic Bank’s Make-it-Happens Loans, the minimum period of repayment for loans is six (6) months and the maximum period of repayment is 5 years. The interest rate ranges from 5% to 15% per annum. For reference, a $325k loan with 100% financing repayable over a 2-year period, the monthly instalment would be $17,605.

For mortgages, the minimum period of repayment for loans is five (5) years and the maximum period of repayment is thirty (30) years or years to retirement . The interest rate ranges from 4% to 10.5%. For example, a $10,000k mortgage repayable over a 30-year period, the monthly instalment would be $59,634.

Actual rates may vary based on loan amount, repayment term, creditworthiness, and other terms and conditions. For our loans the agreed rate of interest is fixed for the duration of the loan.
